Located in Sabran, in Provence Occitane, La Réserve is a fully renovated 35 m² holiday cottage designed for two guests. It includes an equipped kitchen opening onto a small living room, an en-suite bedroom with an open-plan shower room, a walk-in shower and WC, and a 160 × 200 cm bed with hotel-quality bedding.
The cottage is air-conditioned and has high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to the estate’s shared swimming pool, open from May to September, the pétanque court and free parking.
Between Uzès and the Cèze Valley, La Réserve provides an ideal base for exploring the region while staying in peaceful surroundings among vineyards and woodland.
An equipped kitchen and an easy-to-enjoy living area
The living area combines an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and a small sitting area.
The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and small appliances. A washer-dryer is also provided.
The living room has a television, high-speed Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning.
An en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower
The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm bed with hotel-quality bedding. It opens onto an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.
The bed is made up before your arrival and bath towels are provided.
Swimming pool and outdoor areas
Outside the entrance to the cottage, a seating area beneath the vine provides a pleasant place for coffee or a meal.
Guests staying at La Réserve have access to the estate’s large shared saltwater swimming pool. It is open from May to September, subject to weather, technical and maintenance conditions.
The pétanque court and the estate’s other outdoor areas are also available to guests. Parking is free on site.
